When will my order ship?
Processing Time
In-stock items take 2-3 days to process before shipping. Pre-order shipping times vary, please refer to the individual site listing for an estimate.
Holidays and big sales may effect processing time.
How do I check my tracking?
You should receive an automated email with tracking information when your item is shipped. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
What do I do if my package got returned?
If your package gets returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you to try and resolve the issue. You will have 10 days to get back to us before we refund you the cost of the item. We will re-ship your item for free if you provide an updated valid address.
How can I return an item?
We have a 15 day window for returns or exchanges. Items must in like-new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at this time, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. We always offer free exchanges. Please reach out to us via email at info@shopdollface.com to start a return or exchange. More information regarding returns can be found under the "Policies" tab at the bottom of the page.
How long does a pre-order take to ship?

What happens if I order a pre-order item with a non-pre-order item?
All your items will be shipped together. If you would like your order shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Where are your products made?
Our arsenal consists of both made-in-house pieces and outsourced products.
We outsource production of our most popular products to small factories. We work closely with them not only to deliver a quality product, but ensure that their working environment is up to local standards. All our third-party manufacturers are certified by BSCI, SEDEX or SAI (SA8000) to ensure that their conditions are humane, void of child labor and dangerous conditions.
Is Dollface sustainable?
Sustainability in the fashion industry is hard to come by. In the end, creating anything new is going is always going to create some kind of waste.
We try to focus on making products that will last, utilizing natural fibers and quality fabrics. Our accessories are made of real leather whenever possible.
We are big fans of organic materials, because not only are they better for your body, they are better for the planet in the long run.
