Shipping policy

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package gets returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you to try and resolve the issue. You will have 10 days to get back to us before we refund you the cost of the item. We will re-ship your item for free if you provide an updated valid address, however if the item is returned a second time we will have to refund you.

Processing

Items take 2-3 days to process before shipping. EXCLUDING PRE-ORDER ITEMS! Please check the individual listing for more information about when your item will ship. 

Holidays and big sales may effect processing time.

West coast: 2-4 days 

East coast: 4-6 days

International:
