Shipping policy

International Shipping

Shipping to almost all countries outside of the US is inclusive of taxes and duties. If shipping is not available to your country, please reach out to us and we can add it for you.

Currently the only countries that do not have taxes and duties listed at checkout are:Lebanon, Romania and Saudi Arabia. Please keep this in mind when ordering as you may need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Returned Packages

If your package gets returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you to try and resolve the issue. You will have 10 days to get back to us before we refund you the cost of the item. We will re-ship your item for free if you provide an updated valid address, however if the item is returned a second time we will have to refund you.

Processing

Items take 2-3 days to process before shipping. EXCLUDING PRE-ORDER ITEMS! Please check the individual listing for more information about when your item will ship. 

Holidays and big sales may effect processing time.
