Pre-orders and Cancellations
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Every single pre-order item will have the estimated production time in the product description. These dates are our most accurate estimates and we try our best to get your products to you well within the provided time frame. However, delivery dates may be subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. Unexpected customs searches, shipping delays or change in government policy may affect how quickly we get our shipment. In the event of a delay we will always notify you and give you the option to cancel your order, or offer a discount.
You may request to cancel a fully paid pre-order OR in-stock order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return or partial refund if you are unhappy with your order.
